These Terms of Service apply to the MGC MyCity Booking application. The public information page for the application is available at https://junagadh.info/core. The application is operated by Junagadh.info.

Acceptance

By accessing or using Core, you agree to these Terms of Service.

Services

Core provides an online platform for:

• Searching available grounds
• Booking sports and event venues
• Managing reservations
• Creating booking events in Google Calendar when authorized by the user

Google Calendar Integration

Google Calendar integration is optional.

If you choose to connect your Google Account, Core will request your authorization through Google's OAuth consent screen before accessing your Google Calendar.

When authorized, Core uses Google Calendar solely to create booking events associated with your reservations.

Core does not modify or delete your existing Google Calendar events.

You may revoke Core's access to your Google Account at any time through your Google Account Security settings.

User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate booking information.
• Maintain the confidentiality of your account.
• Use the platform only for lawful purposes.
• Avoid interfering with the security or operation of the service.

Booking Availability

Ground availability depends on real-time booking status.

Core does not guarantee that a requested booking slot will remain available until the booking has been successfully confirmed.

Google API Services

Core accesses Google user data only after your explicit authorization and solely to provide the Google Calendar booking functionality described in our Privacy Policy.

Our use of information received from Google APIs complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Intellectual Property

All software, content, trademarks, logos, and branding associated with Core remain the property of their respective owners and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Core is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of the platform or Google Calendar integration.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the platform if these Terms are violated or where required by applicable law.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Updated versions will be published on this page. Continued use of the platform after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of India.
